Utah Bill Seeks to Legitimize Federal Corruption

Ken Ivory has sponsored a new bill, HJR8, that seeks to legitimize federal corruption by making constitutional things which previously have actually been unconstitutional.  Thus increasing the power of the federal government instead of reigning it in.
