Defending Utah and Kate Dalley discuss Salt Lakes private security force, UPD, and their new app. The new app has access to make phone calls, change your calendar, access data on your memory card, add things to your memory card and more. UPD is a part of the national data collection operation of FUSION centers, meaning this data will also be part of a national database.
