House Bill 310 UTAH STATEWIDE IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION SYSTEM PROGRAM would create a program, “known as the Utah Statewide Immunization Information System program”, a new statewide database forcing your healthcare provider to share and track your child’s vaccine (or lack there-of) schedule.
Lines 10 & 14 specifically state the bill creates a NEW “Utah Statewide Immunization Information System program”
It also expands Obamacare and brings more federal strings to our state.
The purpose behind this is not to fulfill some mandate forced on the states, no, it is a completely voluntary program Utah law makers are trying to force upon us to get more Obamacare money. More federal money with more strings attached and everything that comes with it.
HB310 is the direct implementation of section (I) on page 454 (of Obamacare) which gives the states federal funds to be used for states to implement,
…immunization information systems to allow all States to have electronic databases for immunization records.
This new big brother database, in an effort to expand Obamacare, passed the House without a single no vote. Yes, the more “conservative” chamber in the legislature approved this advancement of progressivism without a single vote of opposition.
As Defending Utah reported last session, another “conservative” legislator (Senator Allen Christensen, R-North Ogden) said that they couldn’t expand Obamacare all at once, but had to do it in bite size pieces. Is this a part of the program? In a Senate committee hearing on February 14th, “conservative” Senator, Daniel Thatcher (R-West Valley) who is also pushing for thought crimes legislation, said that we had to take federal funds. Is this the mindset behind such legislation?
With only a few days left in the legislature, it is imperative that you call the Senate and demand they stop this further expansion of Marxist medicine in our state.
