Why are sheriffs not united together to arrest them? If it were any other criminal violating these laws, they would be arrested. To quote my friend, “2020 would not have happened if law-enforcement had done their job.”

many lawsuits have been filed against Herbert and Cox. What’s the status on those?

I have talked with the Weber county sheriff and he, along with the association of sheriffs in all 29 Utah counties, have indicated that they will not prosecute, arrest or detain anyone in this matter. Sheriffs are the highest law enforcement in the state and have drafted a letter which by now has probably made its way to our tyrannical Governor. Herbert has basically used businesses to carry out his compulsory edicts by forcing mask wearing and promoting scare tactics through the media.

It’s something that is difficult on our own, which is why Defending Utah was created. Combining with others by becoming a member and following our action program has had a big impact in stopping bad bills, getting language changed, restoring liberty to individuals and more.
