Why Planned Parenthood Hates This Bill

Planned Parenthood depends on young people believing that a baby in the womb is just a “clump of cells.” HB315 teaches students the truth about fetal development—and truth hurts their bottom line.

So what’s their attack? They claim scientifically accurate fetal development videos are “unscientific” and “propaganda” —an unfounded charge. And they claim the legislature shouldn’t set curriculum standards—despite the fact that Utah lawmakers have recently done exactly that, especially when it comes to sex education or matters of life and death.

This isn’t about science or student well-being. It’s about protecting profits by keeping students in the dark. Our students deserve better. They deserve the truth!

At Pro-Life Utah, we know that ultrasounds help demonstrate that unborn children are human beings, and that few things are more effective at changing hearts and minds on abortion than ultrasound technology.
