As we’ve reported in the past, here & here, police officers are reporting that police are trained to see Constitutionalists as a threat, and the people are the enemy. Government has grown so large, that the average person commits three felonies a day. Working in tandem, tyrant legislators and executives are militarizing local police to be their tyranny enforcers, leaving the cops on the street getting the brunt of the hate for their choice to enforce the authoritarian acts of the politicians.
Just last week, Utah county sheriff’s department engaged in despotic training activities at a local school. Check out our report.

Hey Ben, great video. I was wondering if you were aware of the incident that occurred at the Alpine School District Board Meeting this last Tuesday, April 27th. There were about 60 to 70 people that gathered to address the board about their concerns over the continued face mask mandate and next years school schedule. We were locked out even though under the Open and Public Meetings Act, since there was an Anchor Location, they should have provided us with a location within the building to state our opinion or grievance (52-4-101(4)(d)(i)), but they locked the doors.
This was also a violation as defined in criminal code, 76-9-102(2) An individual is guilty of disorderly conduct if: (b) intending to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk of public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, the person: (iv) obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic in a public place or an official meeting.
I called AFPD and talked with Sargent Lunt and he basically refused to come and listen to our complaint or even try to have the doors open to this public meeting. He said he had no jurisdiction, even though they had enforced section 76-9-102(2)(a) against a citizen at the very same location in November 2020.
They said they would not come. However, we found them a half block away watching us and we saw them and approached their vehicle but they speed away as we approached. I called him the next day to discuss his non-actions further and through questioning him, found out that he was the one in that vehicle watching us to see if we would do anything wrong.
I filed a complaint with the AG’s office against the School Board members for violating 52-4-101(4)(d)(i), because the AG’s office has jurisiction over that Title. And another complaint against Sgt. Lunt for failure to enforce 76-9-102(2)(b)(iv) and in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law, we’ll see if anything comes of it.
Do you know of anything else I should have done or can do to hold them accountable?
