Hey Everyone,
Ken Cromar’s case is going on right now. It is a five day trial and it started on Monday, so it should end on Friday. It runs pretty much from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. It’s being held at the 4th District Court Building in Provo, 137 Freedom Blvd, Court Room 5A, Provo UT. That’s on the 5th floor. They do take an hour break from Noon till 1:00 PM for lunch.
It is an in-person trial so just drop in when you can. Find room 5A and just walk in quietly and take a seat.

The Good News, the Bad News, and the GREAT News!:
“Barbie & Ken” faced trial the week of June 27 thru July 1, 2020 in Utah Fourth District Court in an epic battle which the Cromars declared to be a mistrial before it began. By the end of the Kangaroo Trial it was clearly a Mistrial and/or perfectly ripe and ready for APPEAL.

How did the case turn out?
There were updates throughout that the court was playing games the whole time, blocking paperwork, etc. and I’ve heard they were found guilty (of “stealing” their own house, that they had a title to). We’re working on getting more details.
