Defending Utah gives Elaine the title of True Defender, for her countless hours of selfless volunteer work, taking flak from the political establishment, all for no benefit to herself, but only to serve others. She is showing through her actions that she pledges her life and sacred honor to the cause of liberty, just like the founding fathers did.
