Prominent Utah leader, Dallin H. Oaks has said…
“Even the Constitution of the United States is stained with concessions to slavery”
“…this nation’s shameful history of Black slavery…”
“…the founders postponed resolving that moral issue to obtain the ratification of the Constitution”
“birth defects”
(and much much more …)
Therefore, we should consider these words and find out what actually happened. Because either it’s true and we need to fix it, or it’s not true and we have a widespread misunderstanding of the constitution’s foundations and how it applies.
Either way… we must not remain ignorant or our ignorance will be used against us.
Come support the work of liberty and learn things you never knew before!

I had an altercation with the police in Riverton back in march. I was in the parking lot at petersons grocery store waiting for my aunt to do her shopping, sitting reclined back in the driver seat and was woken up by a police officer pulling me out of my car by my shirt and a fiash light in my face with the officer telling me that I was being detained and handcuffed . The the police proceeded to search my car. No probable cause. They ended up towing my car and at the time I was living in my car, and they arrested me and gave me a ticket and released me, however I didn’t get my car back until the beginning of April and I was told that I couldn’t get any thing out of my car except life essential things. I could not get a blanket or clothes. That was on the third of march. That’s the short version. I’m on disability and can’t afford to hire a lawyer, do you know any lawyers who would help me with a lawsuit against the police department in Riverton? On a contingency basis. It is still cold in march, I had no shelter or any warm clothing. I would like to see them pay for their misconduct. They cannot go unregulated on this, they get away with to much as it is . If you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know and thank you . Frank Perry
