Nullification is the only thing that restores liberty against unjust use of the law.
If you throw the constitution away, then nullification will become an act of rebellion that can only appeal to natural law for justification, but currently it’s an act of actually enforcing the law of the land.
The constitution is what makes nullification not only legal, but legally superior under the law itself.
