Hero Doctor on Trial in Utah for Defending your Freedom During Covid

As we recently celebrated the fourth of July with large crowds and fireworks, we need to make sure we do not become hypocrites as the battle for freedom rages on in silent chambers.

Remember the good Dr. Kirk Moore who saved lives and many people’s jobs as the government fraudulently forced many into experimental medical treatments? Dr. Moore’s bravery gave a lifeline to many to continue to support their families and avoid a jab that took many people’s lives and is still killing people today.  What a hero.

These men and women put their own well-being and safety on the line to protect the life and freedom of others like very few people have the bravery to actually do these days. It’s a shame on this nation that they’re even on trial at all instead of getting a parade in their honor in every state.

It’s not just Dr Moore on Trial, but the people of Utah are on trial under heaven – Do we deserve our liberty?  Will we stand with those who do the right thing?

They could use a large public showing for their trial if possible at 10 AM on Monday July 7th, 2025.  The trial will continue for 15 days, Monday through Friday.

Please show up at 8 AM.

Having a public presence on the first day will be especially important to remind the judge, prosecutors and the jury that the people are behind them.

Standing for those that do the right thing in their time of need against a corrupt system, tells us as a citizenry if we deserve people like this the next time we need a hero.

They defended the people of America who are the source of all law from a tyrannical abuse that was operating under the color of law. And the right to self-defense is the first law of nature.

YOU CAN TAKE ACTION TO DEFEND THESE HEROES

When the people can commonly see that the government itself is breaking the law that they are required to follow in so many ways, we must always look to our political foundations to see what tools we have forgotten are available for the lawful use of “we the people”.

The Utah Constitution states “Frequent recurrence to fundamental principles is essential to the security of individual rights” (Art 1 Sec 27). This statement in our constitution is open ended and abstract in favor of the people over the government. It was written into law that we have a fundamental right to consider just and true principles that override governmental authority.
