On Jan 21st, 2023, Defending Utah initially stood alone in starting a movement to defend Dr. Kirk Moore which later led others to follow along as Utah’s village of freedom-advocates carried the spirit of liberty through 2.5 years of ups and downs to fight the goliath. We could not do the things we do without our loyal supporters.
The movement started with the launch of the www.RealUtahHeroes.com campaign coordinated with the Utah Central Committee of Rights project. This campaign was on target as we saw hacker attacks against the Utah Central Committee of Rights in the middle of the first rally on the federal courthouse steps. It was also reported to us by witnesses to have deeply impacted the prosecutors as they were surprised in the amount of popular public support for Dr. Moore. The committee’s declaration of freedom for Dr. Moore, that was signed by thousands of you, was spread all around the state of Utah by volunteers expressing their 1st amendment rights in the public square.
Especially grateful for We Are The People Utah for hitting the homerun in the last mile to keep the pressure on.

Following up from our recent Jul 5th article, let’s put it clearly on the record that Dr. Kirk Moore’s case has been dismissed!
This is wonderful news! We are so happy to see Kirk and all the defendants completely in the clear from the federal monster that doesn’t know it’s own boundaries.
This made headlines in all mainstream media outlets, national and local.
Make no mistake: while Federal AG Pam Bondi pretends she’s acting out of some kind of integrity, her office is responsible for attacking Dr. Moore (and all of us) in the first place.
Politics as usual.
Dr. Ron Paul has said, one person may not change the world, but one person can lead the way. Thank you to all of Defending Utah’s supporters. You are truly the silent heroes of any success we ever have. You are each the one person who helped lead the way and made these efforts possible.
On the ground eye-witnesses reported to Defending Utah that Mike Lee’s office tried to insist that others thank Mike Lee for the victory. Politicians like Pam and Mike did absolutely nothing for Dr. Moore before it was popular and then they tried to capitalize on the work that grassroots activists did. The solutions are not in politics, but in the people organizing as Defending Utah teaches in committee training classes, to hold all levels of government accountable. All natural power is in the people, not in politicians, parties or any kind of administrative office.

Mike Lee and Pam Bondi certainly had something to do with the dismissal, as they have been in the fight to overturn the COVID “vaccine” conspiracy. Yes, they were motivated by the public movement, without which this may never have come to their attention, but to dismiss their role is ingenuous.
It’s easy to say “no politics”, but let’s face it, the political machine can make or break a case, and the current one threw it out. Give credit where credit is due.
I appreciate your comments, everyone’s opinion is valid, yours is just vastly undereducated. Nothing could be more comedic than pretending like Mike Lee has done anything at all for we the people, and to especially say he’s exposing the covid conspiracy. Feel free to browser our 15 year archive of real journalistic investigations in Utah politics and see what comes up about Mike Lee and also the behavior of ALL politicians during the fake pandemic years. Nobody in Utah’s political realm did the right thing. Quite the opposite. They kept the emergency going to keep the blood money flowing in. Nobody would dare interrupt the hundreds of billions of free money and suffer the consequences of doing the right thing.
The government dismissed it because they didn’t want to lose and lose authority in situations like the Plandemic where they BLATANTLY VIOLATED our rights!
